All my stoppers are hand crafted using the best possible materials. The teardrop style stoppers are made from many different varieties of hardwood and stainless steel inserts. The inserts are both threaded and epoxied into the wood. I sand each one to 600-grit, and hand rub with Danish oil and beeswax. The stoppers with natural cork are made with different hardwoods and premium-grade natural cork. Both the wood and the cork are drilled to accept a 3/8" wooden dowel, and they are assembled using wood glue. I can say with confidence that these stoppers are top notch.
